The build of a two tenancy industrial building with warehouses and double storey office spaces was planned for completion in December 2022. Our client the main contractor, engaged the NEXGEN team to complete the carpentry package.
55 Kaweroa Drive is a modern, high quality industrial premises with 2 units. Our contract included all internal timber framing and construction of office spaces.
The project was completed to schedule in 12 weeks.
