Junction Worx Commercial Units Papamoa

Working in collaboration with Form Building & Developments, this project involved the construction of 23 premium commercial units in Papamoa ranging from 72m2 to 110m2, with optional mezzanines.

Each unit offers warehouse or workshop areas, automated roller doors, bathroom and kitchenette and glass frontage with the option of a mezzanine. The carpentry contract involved all internal timber framing, the construction of interior office areas and mezzanine floors.

Delivering this project well ahead of schedule demonstrates a successful collaboration of building contractors. Each team worked above and beyond to deliver an exceptional, high quality build, exceeding expectations.
