Carpentry contract works on a retirement village development in Bethlehem, Tauranga. These are 3 bedroom homes of 240m2.
Our team completed the build of 2 luxury villas on a high-end retirement complex in Bethlehem. Following architectural plans and detailed specifications, the delivery of the building contract comprised all interior and exterior framing, all gib installation, plus completion of skirting, doors and hardware, and vanity installations. Externally the homes featured a combination of cedar and panel cladding, plus decking areas.
