This lightweight, steel-framed structure featured architecturally detailed carpentry, including the installation of a CLT (cross-laminated timber) panel flooring system. The building’s exterior was clad in a mix of Espan, Axon Panel, and cedar weatherboards—requiring high levels of accuracy and craftsmanship. Our full scope of work included both interior and exterior carpentry services: from internal framing and structural timber elements to façade detailing, finishing lines, and the installation of fire-rated doors.
