We undertook all carpentry on a new 2 storey 1,600 m2 office premises for the District Health Board as part of the 17th Avenue Business Park development.
The construction of this light weight, steel frame building involved architecturally complex carpentry including the installation of CLT panel flooring system, and a range of cladding being Espan, Axon Panel and cedar weatherboard. The contract involved all interior and exterior carpentry works from interior framing to finishing lines and installation of fire doors.
