Kitchen Renovation and Deck Extension

The first stage of this kitchen renovation project required creativity in redesigning the interior living space. A 1990s built Tauranga home, the property looks over the harbour and has views out to the Kaimais.

By relocating the kitchen and transferring the lounge into it’s original place, the space is now more open and the views take centre stage.

A new ranch slider running the full width of the room allows for more light and access onto a new second storey deck, which extends across the full length across the house.

The addition of the deck creates new living space to enjoy for outdoor dining, and timber steps give access to the garden below.
