Partial Reclad Papamoa

This partial reclad project was focused on addressing weathertightness issues that, if left untreated, could have compromised the structural integrity of the building. Our renovation builders replaced the upper level cladding and ensured the building was sealed and protected. The project also included our skilled builders replacing the upper-level balustrade and deck, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. To finish, we organised subcontractors to complete fresh exterior plastering and painting to seamlessly match the home’s original look.
